Ultra Diamonds

Ultra Diamonds in Wrentham is awful. I wish I could give lower than 1 star to Ultra Diamonds. Here is my experience: Purchased a diamond necklace. Wanted certain measurements for the chain. They cut the wrong measurements and then took a very long time to fix their mistake. Purchased diamond protection plan but need to go into the store every 4 months to have the diamonds inspected. That's fine. Go to the store. Wait 15 minutes for the ultra diamonds employee to get off their lunch break. They inspect and clean and sign off on the inspection. Then a couple months later the chain breaks. Call ahead to tell the store that I will be there so that I don't have to wait this time. Go to store. Wait another 15 minutes for ultra diamonds employee to get off their mid-morning break even though I called ahead. He tells me that they cannot fix the chain because I didn't purchase the necklace protection plan but only purchased the diamond protection plan. What a joke! I can fix the chain for 25 dollars plus tax. Obviously the chain is defective if it broke within a couple months however I am the one responsible for paying. So, if you like waiting, poor customer service, overpricing, trickery, etc. then shop at ultra diamonds. Be sure to purchase the protection plans because they are definitely a waste of money. I will never shop at Ultra Diamonds again.
