They are scam artists! BEWARE! Do a search on American Laser Center reviews. There are millions of class action law suits for this company. The manager Jen is so rude and lies constantly! Don't be fooled.

The only place I have gone with effective hair removal! the staff at Worcester is great!!!! the office is cleaner than my doc's office - all in all I am satisfied. Prices are decent.

I entered a raffle and I won a $500 gift certificate towards any of the services at American Laser Centers back in May. At first I was skeptical because I have been to some consultations before for laser, one in particular at Sleek Med Spa ... and I was completely turned off by how unprofessional the sales woman was at sleek so it kinda turned me off at first. I had been wanting to get Laser Hair Removal done on my face and bikini for a while so when i won the $500 with American Laser I decided to go to the consultation in Worcester to see what they had to offer. I met with the Manager of that location, Jen for my consultation and I can say that I was quite pleased with the professionalism and knowledge that they had about Laser treatments. She actually let me experience one treatment with their laser on one of my under arms before signing up for the package, because I told her I was nervous. The technician who treated me was very nice. There was an urgency for me to purchase the package that day because of the promotion they were running in the clinic so I put my package on one of their finance options. I also got a free microdermabrasion that day because the girl who was working on me said that they had a cancellation ... so I thought that was really nice too. I have heard mixed reviews about the company but my personal experience has been great. I have already referred 2 of my co-workers. I have had 3 treatments so far and a lot of the hair is gone already, not all of it yet ..but a decent amount. In the consultation Jen told me it should take a few more than 6 treatments but I have a guarantee with the package because I paid in full. All in all I am happy with my package and the service. The only downfall can sometimes be the parking in the morning - it's $2 an hour. Other than that my experience has been really good.

I have been a client with American Laser Centers for over a year. I started my treatments in New York and now I have been continuing my treatments at the Worcester location. I have nothing but good things to say about this particular location. I was shocked at how friendly and accomedating the Manager made my experience for me for my first time in that new clinic. She personally introduced herself to me (her name was Jennifer) and let me know that she is the manager. She seemed to be truly concerned about the results of my treatments and how my experience has been so far and so on....she is in the clinic every time I am in for a treatment, and she greets me everytime. I think it is adorable. It seems like she really loves the services that they offer. Unfortunately I am moving so I will be transferring to another location again for treatments but I will truly miss being treated for my Laser treatments at the Worcester location. The technicians are always so friendly and I really felt like I received individual attention every time that I went there. As for my treatments, I am happy with the results so far.

If I could give this place 0 stars then I would. I 'won' a $300.00 gift certificate (what a crock, everybody 'wins'a $300.00 gc). When I went for my 'consultation' the manager, Jen pressured me into signing up for laser hair removal and foto facials. She bats her big fake eyelashes and her (obviously) injected lips and tells you how great the services are, how they are so effective and how she was a client before she came to work for this company...blah blah blah. I have seen no hair reduction and my skin looks like crap, Thanks Jen, you big phoney! You wait forever for an appt and when you get an appt you are rushed thru it because the place is so overbooked. I notice at the end of each month these great 'never going to happen again' (but they do at the end of each month...see a pattern here?) sales suddenly happen and how they amazingly have gift certificates left over from wedding expos????? Give me a friggin break!!!! The price is so over inflated and then so much is taken off and so on...I get pressured from Jen every time I go in there....'are you sure?' 'are you sure?' What part of NO do you not understand???? I feel bad for the girls because they are so understaffed and you can see how miserable they are. I would NEVER recommend this place to my absolute worst enemy and I have nothing to say that is positive. Don't waste your money or your time.
