Caola Equipment Co in Worcester is the worst repair shop in worcester. I recently brought a toro wheelhorse tractor to them that ran but would not idle. A week later I was called back and told that my tractor needed a valve job and new belts. They also told me they did not want to work on my toro and to come pick it up. when I picked up the tractor it was in pieces, the spark plug and the battery terminal bolts were missing-and the head bolts were finger tight. Not a proffesional shop
