American Home Care Specialists Inc in Woburn is absolutely a disgrace to their field. I had to wait 2 whole weeks to receive my son's nebulizer, because no matter how many times I called, I got the runaround. Nobody called to let me know they wrong one was ordered. No integrity at all. Had they been honest, I could have ordered much quicker from another company. They didn't care at all that my son was asthmatic and needing that machine quickly. The man who finally came out to give it to us was discourteous, impatient, grumpy, and very unwilling to answer questions. I have never used this machine at home before, and his entire job was to teach me, and yet he acted completely put out when I asked questions. He rushed me through the entire process and acted irritated he even had to do his job today. Horrible service all the way around. Try another company! Do not call this company!
