Automotive Resource Center

Automotive Resource Center in Winchester Highlands is not recommended by me. I spent big money on a navigation radio for my Ford Explorer with them. The owner's name is Dominic and he is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. It took 3 appointments to actually get the so called "correct" radio for my vehicle. Finally I got it installed and after I left I found that it really is not the right radio and does not work correctly. When I called Dominic back he said to take it to a Ford dealer and try to get it covered under warranty! When I asked for my money back he put me on hold for 15 minutes. Then someone in the shop picked up the phone and told me Dominic went home for the day. He will not communicate with me at all. I have called and left about 15 messages. This is a definite scam artist. STAY AWAY!
