Cimino Joe & Son Inc in Watertown Square is, in my opinion, a lousy outfit to do business with. My advice based on work Cimino guys did (or didn't) do: Look for someone else.,

They did a small gutter sealing job for us over 3 weeks ago. Amazingly it took about 40 minutes to clean and seal all gutter joints - fast workers I guess. We paid them by check. Within a week sealed joints (at least 3) leaked! I called 3 times (12/14/08, 12/21, 12/25) in 10 days asking ONLY for a callback ..and as of 3rd call had received absolutely no courtesy call back. I'll let readers judge "customer service" and "response" based on facts above. All I asked is for a COURTESY CNFIRMATION callback - not an immediate "come back/repair" trip ..and stated I know other critical jobs may come first. But for God's sake...not even the common courtesy to respond by phone in 10 days? Finally on Jan 2nd I called my brother (who owns part of condo) and found out he had called him in past week and seemingly angry at me leaving him messages (along with my phone number) to give me a courtesy call. Never called ME. Have no idea about his repair plans as he apparently left none. Hopefully he has plans to set something up - but apparently has no plans to call me directly, even after he sent bill to my adress and I pay 50% of repair. On 1/2/09 I left a 4th call stating I heard he called my brother and seemed mad "at me" for the calls.....and stated all he had to do is call me back..or even call me after this 4th call. Hopefully he will return to fix his work, but I'm not impressed with their business practices..
