Nattan Inc in Moody Street is horrible. As a new home owner in a condo I was expecting to have a package mailed to me from the HOA Management company that included the rules, regulations and condo docs as well as the billing information, and contact information. I did finally manage to find the contact information fro the HOA company. When I called a woman answered very unprofessionally saying just "hello" I was not sure that I had the correct number. I told the woman I was trying to reach the HOA Management company for my condo development and she said yes that is us. I told the woman that I was a new home owner and had purchased my unit and have not received any information from them about the HOA. She proceeded to tell me that she did not even know that that unit was sold and had a new owner! I made my request for a copy of the condo doc, rules, regulations and billing info to be sent in the mail...she said yes I will put that in the mail. 3 months later and several phone calls and emails later I still do not have a copy of the condo docs,rules, and have not recieved any information about the HOA not even a bill or invoice? Ever time I call her to tell her I have not received nothing yet she tells me she does not know why and to go ask the building manager to explain to me the rules of the condo!! This is the most unprofessional management company I have ever come across and you can not locate any information on the web about their company, just a phone number and an address. The phone number listed is a cell phone number and the woman always answers just "hello" never using the name of the company. It now has been 3 months and I now still have NO information about he company, NO information about the condo rules, docs, regulations ans NO bill or invoice for monthly HOA fees were ever sent?!!!! God Luck stay away from NATTAN, INC. I am not sure that they are even a legitimate company.
