Lousy service-bad attitude. Never been treated worse by a "service" company in my life. They are so rude it's almost comical. Give them a call and prepare to laugh. Although they will probably not answer their phone. (Not cool if you're having an emergency.) Actually there's no reason to call them anyway as their prices are higher than everyone else.
