Spencer Billiards Sales & Service in Sturbridge is a very dishonest company to deal with. When I first bought my table from them 8 years ago they did a lousy job setting it up and had to come back and replace the table base because the sheet rock screws they used to put it together missed there mark and could be seen. And then 2 months ago when they offered to buy it back because I was moving we worked out a deal for $500. for a table that I paid $2500 for and was in Mint condition. They paid me $100 down and agreed to pay me $100 a week for 4 weeks. Cheryl lied to me on a weekly basis telling me the check was in the mail!!! 2 months later and many angry phone calls later I get a check from Ronald somebody for the final $200. I would not recomend doing bussiness with a company that doesn't have $100. dollars in the bank and feels the need to lie week after week. Do yourself a favor and find a company that can afford to pay there bills. If she just told me the truth I could have worked with her but she chose to treat me like a Chump.
