Mid State Car Care Center

Mid State Car Care Center in Southbridge is a fraud company. I took my car in because it was shaking and the engine light was on. They never called me to let me know what was wrong or what they were going to do. They just called later in the day and said your car is ready for $450. I drove it away with the condition MUCH worse. I called and Aimee said bring it back and we will fix it. I took it back and she wanted another $225 to replace the ignition coil which is a $90 part. I said no thankyou and she threatened to keep my car if I didn't pay a $65 diagnostic fee for a problem they were supposed to diagnose the first time. Do not ever go there. Aimee accused me of practicing fraud when I suggested that I should not be charged another diagnostic fee.

The owner of the business, Amy, is very rude and stuck up. Her prices are ridiculous and she overcharges for all her parts. She goes through Advance Auto so next time she quotes you a price on parts, call up Advance and youll see the huge mark up she charges. Youre better off getting your own parts and going somewhere else. Avoid at all costs.
