Diggity Dog in Union Square is terrible. I worked there on a thursday and friday. She told me she'd call me on monday to give me a schedule. She never called me. I called her and she said I don't work there. I asked her if I could come get my pay for the two days I worked there. She said it was in the mail , and therefore there was no need for me to contact her. I waited and waited, and it didn't come. I call her and she just hangs up on me. I have plenty to say about the place, as far as my experience working there, but to be fair, I won't bring that up now. I just want the $112 she owes me!! I feel like I'm in the twilight zone!!!

Diggity Dog in Somerville is right around the corner from my home. I took our new puppy, Elmer, there last weekend. It was a short walk, but at the same time a long one because Elmer really gets distracted on his walks. I needed a new leash or harness, and that's what I was going to Diggity Dog for. When I got there I was surprised at how much the small store had to offer. Lots of toys and treats, including some stuff from Polka Dog Bakery in Boston's South End, which is a favorite of Elmer's. I spoke with Lisa and she knew just the trick for us! A cool harness that painlessly stops the dog from pulling and crossing in front/behind you. I tried it on and instantly it worked. I'm really glad Lisa recommended this particular harness too because I really didnt want to train Elmer through pain or discomfort. This harness is totally harmless. A harmless harness! Anyway, they also have a dog washing bay there so you can wash your dog yourself! Thats cool. They make it easy. And they have doggy day care for a very affordable rate, and they're working on a doggy lounge upstairs! They're still undergoing renovations but it looks great and I highly recommend a visit!
