Wearing glasses isn?t a fashion death sentence, at least not if you shop at See. This frame haven purveys designer-esque house brand eyewear for bespectacled men and women who crave a trendy look for less. An acronym for Selective Eyewear Elements, the shop has a sister store over the bridge in Back Bay, but the items stocked at the Harvard Square location are almost entirely different. Most frames are acetate, but there are also a few metal options from which to choose. All are imported from Austria and made in extremely small quantities, so it?s highly unlikely that you?ll see a style you purchased perched on the nose of another hip-and-with-it passerby.
