I think I found my solution! I've suffered from pretty terrible back pain for 15 years or so, but I actually think I've had it all my life. I first went to a chiropractor about 11 years ago for an emergency and it was a frightening experience. Since then I've tried everything from medication, to massage therapy, to physical therapy. Well, after suffering a pretty bad episode with my back this weekend I decided to give it a shot again and made an appointment with Union Square Chiropractor. Long story short: I think I found my solution! Dr. Grasso really listened to me and she was even able to interrupt me and finish my sentence, knowing precisely what I was describing, from one problem to the next. After some brief tests, she first gave me a very detailed explanation of the source of my problems, and how she intends to solve them (or start to). Then, she started her "corrections." And wow! Here I am not 4 hours later, almost totally pain free, and I can stand straight for the first time in 5 days. I feel more limber than I have in months, and I feel like my entire posture is the way its supposed to be, not the way it usually is. I'm so happy with Union Square Chiropractic and I'm planning to go regularly!
