Rude and Un-helpfull!! When switching to another Ins. company for a MUCH better rate I was given attitude and told that if I were to cancel I would have to pay $1,428!! Wich in turn ended up being incorrect when I called my Insurance compnay directly only to find out I was actually OWED $ if I were to cancel. When I called the agency 2 days later to confirm my ins. had been cancelled the same lady AGAIN tried to tell me this nonsence of a fine. When I informed her what the insuarnce company told me she then replied with "well that's why I told you to call the company directly...I don't have the information needed to provide you with an accurate answer"......well why the X#$% would you give me an answer then, nevermind an extremley wrong, inaccurate answer that makes me feel like you were trying to take advantage of me and take more $ from me by misleading & lying to your customers.
