McCormick Kitchens

McCormick Kitchens in Saugus receives a negative review (1 out of 5 stars) from us, not because they did not do a good job, but rather b/c we felt slighted by them during the early stages of our kitchen remodel process. Apparently our kitchen remodel budget was not big enough and therefore not "worth their time". They were very slow in getting back to us and essentially blew us off. If a company doesn't want to work with us/our budget, that is fine. Just be open about this. We have other kitchen designers who are happy to work with us - but Mccormick was slow to respond and eventually just fell off the radar. That says to me, they may run that risk in their day to day business.
