This place is terrible. The beds are fine but the customer service is like nothing I've ever dealt with. I just called to ask a question about how I was billed, and the lady on the other line screamed at me that I'm just "one of a thousand other customers" and that she didn't have time to deal with me, that I should learn how to read my contract (which I never received a copy of, mind you) and then she hung up on me. I have never been yelled at and then hung up on by anyone, let alone by a company that I pay money to on a monthly basis. Not only is the customer service terrible, but their policies seem to reflect a business model of screwing over the customer. The fact that you have to go into the store to cancel an "open-ended" contract leads me to believe that they're just money-hungry to begin with because basically if someone can’t make it into the store before the end of a month then they get to squeeze another $20 out of you. Terrible.
