DO NOT USE!!! This company is a HUGE disappointment. No champagne No bottled water as promised and they doubled billed my friends and I. If you would like the full story read on. October 2008 we just wanted a ride to a concert for a girls night out. The Limo driver called us ten minutes before the show to say there was a problem with our creidt card. We scrapped up the cash and took the ride. The Driver was ten minutes late and no Complimentary champagne and/or bottled water as promised. The Seats needed to be moved around making us ten minutes late for the show. To make a long story short there was absolutely nothing wrong with my credit card as the charges showed up on the statement without any trouble at all. A recent phone call the company at 508-987-1118 had the phone temporarily out of service and today the young man who drove us ADAM hung up on me several times. Shame on you Eric's Limo for ruining a simple girls night out...
