Norton Animal Hospital in Norton is a place I have worked at for many years. I know who the above client is and can tell you that the facts regarding his pets' medical care are inaccurate to say the least. What transpired is not accurately portrayed. We strive to provide excellent care for every patient we see - that means that better medicine comes with an expense. Unfortunately, our patients can't tell us what is wrong and that also means we need to have a high level of communication with our clients, who always have the option to not take our recommendations against the doctor's medical advice. Fleas have been extremely bad this year and one tube of Frontline will not fix the problem. Getting rid of fleas can take several months and dedication from the client which is why we recommend year round prevention so as not to have the problem in the first place.
