North Easton Savings Bank in Norton is a horrible banking instatution. I have dealt mainly the Mansfield branch, but this review is intended for the company as a whole. I applied for a re-fi @ the end of March, the rates back then on the website were in the 4.5 area. Their rep Tom Donnaly was at best- unavailable. It took them months to process and although I was told I was locked in @ 4.5 they "counter offered" @ 5.6 percent. All of this took 4 months of aggrivation from calls & email not being returned and cost me 308 dollars! Buyer Beware
