I recently purchased a road bike from Young's Bicycle Shop. I rode it for a few days and decided it really wasn't the bicycle for me. I brought the bike back to return it and after bouncing me back and forth between employees for a while the owner of the shop told me that returning the bike is a big problem! He told me they would inspect the bike and that I should come back the next day to sort it out. I came back the following day and after waiting for half an hour a scruffy looking guy approached me and said there is nothing he could do. He will not accept the bike back because I had it it for 10 days and it's no longer "new." I cannot express just how upset, irratated and dissatisfied I really am at this whole ordeal. I will never purchase ANYTHING from this business again and will tell anyone looking to purchase a bicycle to steer clear of Young's Bicycle Shop.
