I found On Target 3 years ago when I was desperate to fit into my wedding dress. I dreaded working out but knew it was necessary if I was going to look great on my wedding day. Surprisingly, owner and trainer Pam made working out fun. I actually looked forward to my sessions. Pam tailored my workout to focus on those areas that were too tight on my dress. Within a few short weeks, my dress fit and I was able to walk down the aisle with pride.
