Family Foot Care of Melrose

I went to this doctor in Melrose thinking the wonderful city would have a great office/foot doctor in it. I was very wrong. The office is not very professional. You sit on top of the receptionist and other people in the waiting area and for most of the time the receptionist was on a personal phone call which was very PERSONAL and should not have been spoken about in front of other people. The doctor seems to be a zombie, talking more about sports and the stock market then what is wrong with the foot or the job he has to do. He started work on my foot after hardly asking me what was wrong. He never once really explained what he was doing and when he tried to because I asked he was so confusing no one would probably understand. He completed giving me a shot after not explaining anything to me on what the shot would do or any side effects. Once it was done telling me I would have pain and need to be off the foot and ice it. I am still in the same pain as I was and now have to go to another doctor. I find it funny because the person that sat next to me in the waiting room was back after two weeks with the same pain. I do not believe this doctor cares about what he is doing or what is happening and I certainly would warn anyone from ever going here. The office is not a good reflection on Melrose and it should be left to clipping toe nails only.
