I have never gone to the same hairdresser more than 3x's without getting bored, and moving on. I've done Newbury St. to death, i even traveled to Rhode Island for a stylist I read about in Glamour magazine. I could never find someone that "got" the edgy, haphazard look i was going for. When James Joseph moved in right down the street from me (with ample parking) i couldn't help myself, it was just too convienent. By chance, Grant cut my hair, and now I'm a life'r. Grant is super meticulous in an irregular sort of way, he takes his time, makes sure he gives each cut the same attention as the first - this is what sold me. Usually stylist give you a good cut the first couple of times, then get lazy and assume b/c you have a repoire you'll keep going; i don't. Another thing is....he's never late, you never feel rushed, the price is incredible, and you'll never see anyone with your haircut. What else could you ask for !! Check it out - well worth it.

This was the worst hair cut I have ever had. The stylist refused to listen to what I wanted. I wanted a trim of the ends. She cut off way too much. It started in the middle of my back... and she cut it up to my shoulders even though I had told her I wanted to keep my length. I was treated like I knew nothing about my hair even tho I have lived with it my whole life. I absolutely HATE it right now... I would never ever go back there for any reason and will definately warn anyone who is even considering going there.

James Joseph Studio set up shop in this fantastic new Wellington Station location. The interior is all top of the line. Looks great and is very relaxing. If you have ever tried the James Joseph Salon, or the James Joseph Studio on Newbury you should stop by the new Wellington Station location and check it out!
