They're help during the day is rude and unintereseted in customer service. The atmosphere is disgusting, as well as the bathrooms. Forget about nightime, you're lucky if you get the right food that you ordered in anything like a timely manner. They are usually out of most of the things that makes them " a little taste of italy in Medford" if they are open at all, they have a pretty random schedule that leaves them closed more often than not, which is just fine since that's what they should be permanently. Save yourself the time and go to Dunkin Donuts for coffee, the North End or any number of superior Medford establishments for Italian cusine. Not to mention their many city citations with various agencies including the board of health and the liqour commission. A blight on the Medford community with they're poor service, poor food, poor health and poor law standards as well as disreguard for noise ordinance and operating license times, they are raising all heck over there sometimes until 4 AM.
