The Nicolas Call Salon & Spa in Medford Hillside is sneaky. They will quote you a price, but if they need to do anything "a little better" they will charge you for it. Their website says "Exceptional Experience" so when I wanted my nails done correctly (first attempt at the initial sand down was not acceptible) they decided to charge me 33% more than my original quote. So, beware! They lost one client...I forgot to mention that the same haircut 4 times had a different charge each time, so basically there's no system there to protect you. It's like taking a taxi and the driver doesn't use the meter. You're at risk! NO STARS!!!!
