Maplewood Meat Market in Oak Grove is an excellent source for St. Louis Ribs, and they are very reasonably priced. They also sell a couple of different "rubs", but I really enjoy the cherry rub. I'm not sure of the actual brand name, but it is really tasty. I cook my ribs in a Char-broil "water smoker" for about 5 hours using mesquite or hickory 'Chunks". I then put sauce on and let them cook for another hour or so. Very meaty and delicious ribs. Much meatier than "baby-back" ribs. By the way, the owner is a really friendly and personable guy.
