Colonial North End Subaru

I was so nervous buying a car, especially at this time of year. After shopping around a bit, I decided to give Northend Subaru a try. My salesperson, Mike Pinto was very friendly, super knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I actually learned alot about cars. After Mike helped me find the perfect car that would work for my family and it was time to crunch numbers I was very worried and a little embarrassed. I am a single mom with three kids and my credit was not perfect. The business manager Tom, made me feel so comfortable and was very reassuring. The General Manager, Marty Babineau even got involved. He made suggestions and really helped make buying this car possible, while making me feel so at ease. I never once felt like i was being taken advantage of or pressured in any way. I would personally like to thank, Mike, Tom and especially Marty for all they did for me. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and I intend to come back when it is time to get my first oil change! Thank you to everyone at North End for making this an extra special holiday for me and my family!

i had to respond to the first review. I have been buying cars at Northend since 2005. my family and friends have bought at least 15 cars from Mr Babineau. WE have been treated with nothing but respect. I have personally dealt with him and his staff. There subaru and Mazda dealerships are top notch. My 3 brothers all own subaru's. When we have had a service issue, he has dealt directly with us. I have gotten to know him over the past 3 years. He is an asset to that organization. Car dealers get a bad rap, and i am sure some of them deserve it. I would not believe for a second, The Colonial Auto Groups owner would say nor employ an employer that has a "history of blatant stupidity" I would gladly reccomend colonial subaru to anyone. A friend called me to tell me about this review, so i wanted to tell another side of the dealership. the truth.
