Mals Auto Body in Lexington is the worst!! I made an appt two weeks out and when I showed up they didin't even know who I was or even had the record for my estimate for body work. It took over an hour just to drop the car off! When it came time to pick it up, it took FIVE phone calls just to find out if it was ready as I was constantly disconnected or connected to someone who knew nothing about my car. When I voiced my concern, the guy on the other end said now I can't write a check, because they were worried it wouldn't be any good because I said they were incompetent!! What a bunch of douchebags!

Mals Auto Body in Lexington was the worst place I've ever been to! if you have time to waste, need to have you car slandered and non-existent body damage invented (and factory-installed features omitted or ignored) - if you enjoy sitting there watching the attendants walking around, talking among themselves and having better things to do that taking care of your case (especially when you're the only customer waiting), then by all means go to Mals Auto Body. To put some icing to this cake - complain in the end of your ordeal to hear back "I don't care - we're only making three bucks on you". I must add that this was about CheckPoint inspection. You've been warned, the rest is your business.
