Kens Taxi Of Leominster in Leominster is the worst thing to ever happen to 4-wheeled transportation! I have heard stories from people over the last few months but never thought they were accurate. I just moved here from Virginia in the spring and my 12 year old car finally went to car heaven. Since I am between cars, I needed a ride to get to shopping. The driver was the absolute rudest shmoe I have ever come into contact with. I was given a "tour" of the area when walking could have gotten me home in less time! The ride should not have been more than 10-12 min. at most; I was given the 35 minute special and then asked for a premium fare for wasting my time! Where do you guys come from? My Uncle ran a taxi service down near Alexandria and gave stellar service for over 25 years.....I have never seen anything like this before....and I won't even go into how the management talks to their employees over the radio...talk about total disrespect! I will never again ride in one of your cabs!

I was visiting a friend and my ride couldn't get me so I called for a cab. I have had better experiences being thrown from a moving train..Not only did my ride take upwards of 40 min. (I live 15 min. away from where I was by car..) I was subject to a rude as hell cabbie who had the personality of a dead rat. Ken, I have heard NUMEROUS horror stories from people from Clinton to Lunenburg, and yet you are still in business!!

I will never never EVER use this company again! What should have been a 5-7 min ride turned into an hour long tour of Leominster and Fitchburg. I was told when I discovered we were going in the wrong direction that: We have to pick someone else up..." Obviously my little fare wasn't important to them, as was my time. When I questioned the cab driver about the length of time and the roundabout way he was taking me his lame response was : "I only drive.." Yeah, and obviously never think for yourself! The cabbie then had the balls to charge me 13.00 for my fare! ARE YOU GUYS KIDDING!!!!??? Ken, retire already! This is the second lousy ride I've gotten in one if your cabs in the last 3 months. Never again!!!!!
