Chair Fair

WORST shopping experience ever. Waited 10 weeks for a "6 week" order and it arrived wrong. I was refused any kind of resolution to problem on my pick-up day because the owner "was entitled to a day off and was with his kids." Salesperson was rude and owner was incompetent. On my 4th attempt to get wrong table corrected, owner finally called manufacturer re:replacement and then LIED to my husband and told him it was "discontinued" Upon suggestion by family member I called manufacturer myself and found out table was in fact STILL in production (after I accepted the other table because I couldn't wait any longer and needed a table asap). I called owner who, of course, said that he told my husband something different. Now I have wrong table and to this day no apology for mistake made or inconveniences caused.
