I cannot believe how rude these people are! They have hung up on me several times while I was still talking. One time I called to ask them if they had a lost and found section, as I thought I'd lost my phone in one of their cars. The guy said "no" and hung up before I had finished my sentence. I called again, frustrated, to ask what they do with lost things - surrender them to the police? Throw them out? I thought that was a reasonable thing to ask. He sounded very angry, though, and yelled at me "I don't know what they do, okay! The drivers do whatever they want with those things, okay?!" and hung up on me again. Angry myself, I called yet again to tell him he shouldn't be so rude, to which he replied with "well I don't need customers like you anyway." To top it off, his English was horrible. Not to mention that they only pick up the phone when they feel like it. So, if you want to be treated with any basic respect, don't use this company. God forbid you lose anything in their cars - not only will you never see it again, but you'll be yelled at for trying to find it.
