Oleana is the finest restaurant in New England. It is more than the taste, though. Chef Sortun and the staff here have created a menu and and an atmosphere that is literally world-class. The menu is Mediterranean but focused on the Turkish and Arabic influences. Every bite was savory and the experience unique. Oleana has even crafted their own beer to compliment the menu choices which blew me away. If you love cuisine, you owe it to yourself to visit Oleana.
