Fit For Fun was founded in 2005 in order to offer a unique environment for women and men who realize that a holistic approach to training is necessary when attempting to make lasting changes in fitness and health. Our calm and welcoming central square studio is nothing like a traditional gym. Our approach to health recognizes food choices, exercise, lifestyle, emotions, stress, sleep and work – the complete spectrum of influences on your whole body fitness. Fit For Fun’s skilled staff will guide you and support you in making the changes that will lead to lasting, vibrant, health.

Fit For Fun offers both fitness and health coaching to help you create vibrant health in your life. Our unique wrap-around support will help you to: ~ increase energy ~ lose weight ~ eat well ~ decrease injury and back pain, ~ get strong, toned and much more Fit For Fun offers wrap-around programs that are built specifically to meet your needs and schedule. Our programs generally last between three and six months, and are focused on meeting your specific goals. During that time not only will you feel and look great, but we give you the tools that you need to keep up the great work on your own once you have completed the program.
