I would not recommend sending children to this school. My daughter, whom is very outgoing and loves other individuals, never had a problem sending her anywhere without throwing a tantrum, only had a problem with this school. She would cry every morning before going there, and said, "the teacher is mean". Not only that, My daughter was taken to the hospital because of mouse droppings that were sited in her snack given from school. Trudie, the director, has no professionalism when this problematic instance arose. If anyone should be sorry, it's me for sending my children to this so-called "school".

What a Great place. All three of my boys have gone to Little Folks before transistioning into school. It is a warm and inviting nursery school which is just loads of fun for the kids. There is plenty of room to play; there is dress-up, kitchens sets, trucks, tons of book and puzzles, painting and varied themes from week to week. The Director and her staff are a fabulous and dedicated group of teachers and always thinking fun things to do. Each of my children have enjoyed their time at Little Folks. Nice that it's affordable too! A great find in the heart of Inman Square, Cambridge.

Little Folks is a really great nursery school. It is play-based, with truly kind and competent teachers. the school is very supportive--of the kids *and* their families. It is ideal for parents looking for the perfect transition for stay-at-home kids, but also for previous daycare kids, with a standard curriculum much like we parents had in preschool. it offers 3 mornings a week, which is just the right amount to ease kids into school before full day junior kindergarten. the teacher/ student ratio is great--1 to 4, 5 at most. it is the only really affordable option for nursery school in cambridge. we love little folks, and are sad to be leaving for kindergarten in the fall.
