AC Klein Appraisal Associates in Washington Square is not recommended. Innacurate appraisals will only enburden both home purchaser and lender. The owner of this company prepared an innacurate appraisal report. Used comp from different town and listed in the same town. Misrepresented comp square footage and did not visit comps - just pulled photos off MLS.
