We registered at Magic Beans for our recent baby shower and it was nothing but pleasant! It was down at the Hingham store, I didn't even realize they had multiple stores! That's one of the things I love about smaller locally owned places... they have a totally different feel than big chain stores. The staff has always been incredibly helpful every time we've been in. We even managed to get our Orbit Baby there when they were sold out everywhere else! The "computer said" they were out and they weren't getting any in for at least a month, but the woman said she'd double check for us. 10 minutes later we were out with the only one left (black) in the area!

We don't have children, but we only shop at Magic Beans for our nephews, nieces, and anyone other children, especially for baby showers. We've always shopped at the Brookline Store. The staff is always so helpful, polite and knowledgable. Their online services are great too. If someone is registered there for a baby shower, you can go to the site at mbeans.com, view their registry, pick the proper gifts, and then have them wrapped and ready for in-store pick up. Now that's efficiencies! Awesome. We're big fans of Magic Beans. And best of all, they're a local indie business.

Magic Beans has everything from strollers and baby furniture to diaper bags and stuffed animals. The staff at the coolidge corner store is super friendly and can help you pick out the perfect gift for whatever age you are looking for.

Magic Beans in Coolidge Corner Brookline is a blessing. Being that I do not have children and admit to not knowing what to buy they are super helpful. It is so nice to walk into a store and ask a question and be assisted right away. The thought of going to a Babies R Us makes me cringe. Magic Beans is where I will be shopping for all my upcoming baby showers this year.
