Gentle Dental in Braintree is the worst dental office in Mass, they will rob you blind with their ridiculous cost, and there is this rude secretary/receptionist/bill collector at the front desk that think she owns the place, she wouldn't even begin to know what good customer service was about, I stopped going because of her attitude!!!

Gentle Dental in Braintree is This place is the worst place .I went in with a tooth ache they looked at the tooth yup you have a bad tooth Thursday sent me home me home and said see you Monday I have to spend this long weekend in pain and I called them for my already paid for xrays and they said if you want the xrays you paid for it will cost you another 25 bucks.I will contact the ins commision and The Dental Board these people are in it for money not to help you I would beware
