Map Insulation Company

I am a trustee for a condo association in Martha's Vineyard. We hired Map last fall to install insulation in our 7 buildings. We have had some problems with the installation. They had broken some ceiling tiles and made a mess in a couple of the condo's. They never told us about these problems, our caretaker did. We deducted the repairs from the bill. We are still waiting for them to come back and finish one attic. They need to remove a couple of boards in this one attic and spray the insulation there. We have been waiting now since last fall. I have given up on the salesman Jim, who always has a story. I am dealing with his boss Buddy, and he told me that he needs to check with Jim {for what?] and will get back to me. I am still waiting for Buddy to tell me when they will be going over to finish the job. Of course we have paid them in full which was a big mistake. That is why they are dragging there feet to go back and finish. I would not recommend this company
