Forsyth Law Offices in West Roxbury is a very SHADY company. I was being service notices about an old credit card that was in collections. After inquiring with them I found that it was different person they were looking for, (not the same ss#). I asked to receive in writing, confirmation that I was not responsible for the amount. They refused to to that and I should just take their "word" for it. Also they left a message on my v/m with only a name and #, no company name or reason for the call. They are one of the most unproffesional businesses I have ever seen. When asking to speak to the person who answered the phones, presumably a secretary, supervisor, her exact words were " i am the supervisor".

DEBT COLLECTOR FORCING FAMILES INTO BANKRUPCY THERE CHASE AT PEOPLE IS COURT AND MORE COURT THERE IS NO BARGIN WITH THEM AT ALL. THE SAD PART IS FILE BANKRUPCY PROTECTION THAT IS YOUR ONLY WAY OUT. THERE BYE FAR THE WORST AND MOST AWFULL DEBT COLLECTOR EVER. THERE LOGO SHOULD BE FORCING INNOCENT PEOPLE AND FAMILES INTO BANKRUPCY SINCE 2000.
