The Blackstone Apartments is the worst subsidized housing around. Many of the good tenants have left this building and others are trying to find other housing as this place is horrible. Maintenance is extremely bad, steal, lie, don't do their jobs. Owners are the worst around - can't complain, make your lives a living hell if you try. If you are looking for good apartment to live - stay away from this complex. It will be the worst mistake of your life if you live there.
