O2 Yoga in Boston's South End offers Vinyasa and Astanga Yoga for students of all levels. The primary goal of O2 Yoga is to empower students, allowing them to feel and experience full self-acceptance, outer strength, and inner calm. We balance many principles of Astanga Yoga with a more creative and less predictable vinyasa-flow format.
