I've seen Natalie for both facial and massage for the past year. She is cheerful and friendly but knows you're there to relax. Her approach to massage is consultive. Natalie does the best job shaping & waxing my eyebrows! I have been going to her for the past 18 months or so, and people tell me all the time that my eyebrows look fantastic! Natalie is absolutely the best massage therapist! Although she is stronger then she looks, she has very caring and healing touch - she is the only massage therapist who has helped me with my back and neck pain. Sometimes during massage it seems like she has 4 or 5 hands - it is an amazing experience.
