Patterson Group | Interior Design

The Patterson Group is an interior design group as well as an antique and accessory showroom located in the Boston Design Center. Eileen Patterson's studies in art and fashion design were the foundation for her passion for interior design. Her career began in Florida, where Eileen worked on both residential and commercial projects. Eileen designed several banks, as well as medical and dental offices throughout the state of Florida, before relocating to Boston in the mid 1980's. Once in Boston, she designed condominium models at the Four Seasons Hotel, followed by the award winning design of the public spaces and models at the Heritage on the Garden. These large scale design projects, as well as other high-end residential projects led Eileen to open her own design firm in 1987. As principal designer and owner of The Patterson Group, located in the Boston Design Center, Eileen designs both the interior architecture and furnishings for her clients' projects. Her designs are sophisticated, blending classic styles with contemporary sensibility. Noted for her architectural style as well as her impeccable taste in home furnishings, Eileen designs highly creative interiors for a wide range of individual tastes and styles. Eileen's projects have been located in the Boston area, as well as Nantucket, New Hampshire, New York, Palm Beach, Deer Valley Utah and Los Angeles. Her work was most recently featured in "Spectacular Homes of New England". In the past year, Eileen has expanded her design practice to include a showroom featuring a selection of fine bed linens and accessories.
