Performed in their classic four scene style, with three delicious courses served by the characters in between, American Homicidal is a hilarious, family friendly spoof of that “Idol” show on TV you may have heard about. The actors of Mystery Cafe will give you a clue packet and some Bribe Money to help you on your way if you want to play Sleuth, but whether you want to mix it up a little with Simon and Paula or just sit back and watch a fabulous comedy with toe-tapping songs, you’ll have a great night of food and fun! During the month of March celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a special version of the show - Irish - American Homicidal.
You are invited to the Scarplace mansion to attend a surprise 40th birthday party for the Mobfather leader of the Boston Mafia. But it is the guests who are surprised when gunshots are fired and the doors are blocked and there's no way out until the family honor has been restored and the killer captured.Enjoy an interactive murder Mystery up close and personal with your favorite Hollywood mobsters including Marlin Brand "O". Figure out who did it while enjoying a delicious Italian family style meal and great live music in the historic North End of Boston.
These shows are designed to be a different experience than Mystery Cafe's other dinner theaters offering unique locations performed in the style of a live game of CLUE. The food is served in stations and the fun and mystery moves in a cocktail party format. Looking for a really unique night - spend the night in the mansion with our Dead & Breakfast packages. You’ll scream... with laughter, you’ll cry for help...solving clues, and you’ll alarm yourself by how much fun you’re having!!!
Try to imagine the ballad “Finnegan’s Wake” transformed into the Irish version of “one of those Italian Weddings,” only in place of the nuptials, there’s a funeral. Then you’ve pretty much got the gist of the show playing in Randolph, Plymouth & Hyannis. Better prepare your eulogies now for Finnegan’s Wake. You may be called on to stand up and salute the dearly departed with a joke, a song or a dance. It’s an interactive dinner theater, so the audience is part of the act. And be prepared to hear some great music. This uproarious interactive comedy dinner show is just the thing to lift your spirits - and rest assured there will be plenty of spirits to go around. The Mobfather cruise was so much fun! I went with a group of people, and every single person enjoyed the night out. We had perfect weather for a dinner cruise, and the performance was really great. The best part was the actors were always in character, from the second you step onto the boat. They also involve the audiance in the show...I was given a gun and a name tag.....found out I was the dead mans ex-wife...pretty funny. Hoestly, highly recommended, same price as a dinner on a saturday night.....but much more going in!!

I highly recommend The Mobfather cruise. It is a great night out for family/friends. Going out on a boat at the Boston harbor at nightime is amazing, then to be entertained by this fabulous crew of actors, is such a good time. They not only do a great mystery party but sing and dance all night. Nana, the main character always has you laughing with her unique personality, acting, singing and oh...her moves! The French maid never stops dancing and the pregnant character is adorable. There is also an Italian buffet of salad, stuffed shells, meatballs, chicken marsala, and apple crisp. The view of the Boston harbor is magnificent. I would do another mystery cruise party boat next week!
