Welcome to Mission Hill

Mission Hill covering a mere 3/4ths of a mile in Boston is a neighborhood bounded by Columbus Avenue as well as the neighborhoods of Roxbury to the east, Longwood Avenue to the northeast and the Jamaica way river as well as the town of Brookline to the west. Parker Hill, Roxbury Crossing, the Triangle District, Back of the Hill and Calumet Square are areas within the Mission Hill, often referred to by residents as “the hill”, and are all official designated neighborhoods in Boston.The MBTA’s Green line runs right through the middle of the mission on Huntington Avenue. Today, the hill which has gone through copious amounts of revitalization is home to many college students, young professionals, and families making it one of the most diversified areas in the city. When on the hill be sure to check out one of its new pubs which serve as happy hour stomping grounds for the Longwood and Brigham and Women medical community.
