JPuppy Dog Grooming

JPuppy Dog Grooming in Jamaica Plain is awful. My golden/lab mix went in for a"golden' trim, making it clear a "golden" trim, not a "lab" trim. They shaved her and then tried to blame me. When I called to complain, they hung up on me.

I have a Springer Spaniel and I took her to the groomer to have her cut. I told the groomer to cut her short but to leave the ears long in a standard springer style - shaved on the top but long on the bottom. She was very clear in confirming just what I wanted so I was surprised when I went back to get my dog. The shave on the body was extremely uneven - ranging from long bulging hairs and ultra short (to the point where the skin is showing!). To top it off, the groomer cut all the hair completely off her ears!!! The groomer then tried to convince me it was a decision she made "because of ticks" when I told her I use Frontline to prevent ticks, she was kinda of stumped. Even though I live very close, I wont be going back. I'd much prefer Kelly's!

Great, easy convenient place. Our doggies smelled wonderful afterwards!
