I am very dissatisfied and extremely disappointed with Xposure By Noel Inc. The last two appointments I made were for haircuts and coloring. I was pleased with both of the haircuts I received, yet found the hair coloring to be [unsatisfactory]. During my first appointment, the hair color professional and I picked out a swatch to do a one-process with. I ended up with an entire head of hair that hardly resembled the swatch at all … I received 1 inch of roots that was 3 shades darker than the rest of my hair… I paid well over $100 for this service and did not get what received, nor would they fix their mistake. Xposure By Noel Inc has lost my business as well as my respect for good.
