Maids Express - Boston in Downtown is THE WORST CLEANING SERVICE EVER!!! I would not recommend them to anyone, ever. They were hired for a job to clean an apartment prior to moving in and they took advantage of the fact that no one was present to supervise them, and did not clean anything. When the manager was contacted to have the cleaners come back, he did not send them back, and basically hung up the phone on me. So, not only is their service terrible, but their customer service sucks!! There are too many cleaning services out there to waste your time with the one that will give you the biggest hassle and do the WORST job ever!!

We have Maids Express come to our home once per month and we're very pleased with their services. We use them because there is simply not enough time in the day or week for us to get to some things, and we figure why stress about it and why not just have someone help us? In the past we've regretted this decision with some local cleaning services, but Maids Express doesn't disappoint, month after month. They are detail oriented, giving attention to the little things like light switches, base boards, and their very thorough and professional. We trust Maids Express to clean our home when we're at work too.
