I moved into the Mezzo Lofts about one month ago, I have liked everything this place has to offer, I moved without seeing the place and I found a few things were not as I expected. The "full gym" is a little smaller than I had anticipated, but still nice, and the "dog-park" which was a key reason for my moving to this place is actually a rather small childen's fenced in play area. Also the internet was not available at the time it was suppose to be (still waiting) and the courtyard, once you realize the outer edge of it all belongs to the lower residents, is rather small, and consists of three (possibly 4) benches. Also pets are not allowed there, so your stuck to the sidewalks, or the small children's area, for dog walks or potty areas. The staff has been exceptionally helpful and nice, except for the maintence man, he has been rude on several instances. Directly across the street is a half-way house and with that exception the neighborhood is lower class, my window faces the road and I often see people throwing bottles and screaming in the streets at night. The place feels safe though, there are several camera's ourside the building, and an outer door to the buidling the requies a key or keycard. However if you ever get locked out there will be a 40.00 charge to be let in. My experience has been mixed but I still enjoy the place and find it quite nice, I believe for what i'm paying I could fine a nicer place, or at least a nicer neighborhood.
