Devlin's Bistro and Bar- Brighton
Complimenting a new era in Brighton, Devlin's is an unpretentious and stylishly crafted bistro, with an emphasis on fresh produce and attention to detail service. Devlin's Bistro and Bar opened in March 2001 at 332 Washington Street Brighton, Mass. The building was originally the Old Post Office. Tom Devlin co-owns the premises with Pat O'Sullivan who also owns Porter Bellies in Brighton. Both owners saw the need for an upscale yet affordable bistro in the Brighton area.
We serve delicious lunches including calamari, a Devlin's Burger, grilled chicken sandwich, or a specialty sandwich made to order. Our dinner menu caters to even the most discerning guests taste, with a variety of fish, meat, and chicken dishes. We also serve pizza, pasta, and salads as well as a wide selection of desserts, teas, and coffees.

Devlin's has taken up shop in Brighton Center as something of an all-purpose destination. On afternoons and evenings, throngs of local young professionals walk over to take lunch or dinner in the stylish, high-ceilinged bistro. And after 10pm, on most nights, the bar heats up; tables are cleared out for dancing to DJ-provided tunes. Lunch and dinner menus include upscale comfort fare like pulled pork risotto, thin-crust portobello pizza and capellini with turkey meatballs.
