Devlin's has taken up shop in Brighton Center as something of an all-purpose destination. On afternoons and evenings, throngs of local young professionals walk over to take lunch or dinner in the stylish, high-ceilinged bistro. And after 10pm, on most nights, the bar heats up; tables are cleared out for dancing to DJ-provided tunes.
